How far do you travel?
We travel to functions and events from Brisbane to the Gold Coast. If you are unsure of whether we are able to travel to your event please do not hesitate to contact us.
Do you take a deposit
We ask for a 20% deposit for all pre-paid events at the time of booking to hold the date, Then ask for all payments be made in full 1 week prior to the event.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, bank transfers, and all card payments. All electronic transfers are done through Square EFTPOS systems. Invoices are sent for pre paid events.
How much does it cost to hire That Gelato Truck?
We tailor packages to suit all events. Contact us today for a hassle-free quote.
Do you have insurance?
We have 20 million dollars of public liability insurance. Feel free to ask us for our certificate of currency.
Do you have a food permit?
Yes, we have a Brisbane city food permit.
Do you have gluten free, dairy free and vegan options?
Yes, we pride ourselves on having a large range of dietary options! Our truck carries three or more refreshing dairy-free and vegan sorbet options. We also have a wide variety of gluten-free gelato and sorbet. If you would like to cater to special dietary requirements please note this when inquiring so we can ensure gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options are available.

What is your favourite flavour?
Our best seller would have to be our Biscoff! While I couldn’t agree more with our lovely customers, I would have to say I am a huge fan of our rich and creamy chocolate gelato! I am 100% a chocolate girl at heart!
